Job summary

ClearVision Optical is seeking a Software Engineer to design and build high-performance, scalable applications that support data-driven decisions. You will contribute across the full development cycle, from design through testing, documentation, and deployment, with a focus on full-stack capabilities.

You will collaborate with a dynamic Technology team, delivering tools that empower sales and business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in mixed development environments with data-driven models.
• Hands-on experience with Flutter/Dart, Rust, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience managing and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing, IaC).
• Uses AI-assisted development tools while maintaining full ownership of code.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity and quality in production environments.
• Design faster, more user-centric applications; propose innovative technical solutions.
• Develop and enhance cross-platform desktop, web, and mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.
• Develop and maintain back-end systems and APIs with Rust, Python, PostgreSQL.
• Apply DevOps across the lifecycle; CI/CD, automated testing, IaC, reliable deployments.
• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure security, reliability, and scalability.
• Incorporate AI capabilities into products and internal tools where value is created.
• Develop software prototypes and write clean, maintainable code for multiple platforms.
• Provide performance and scale assessments; adhere to development standards and QA processes.
