Job summary

ByteDance Networking seeks graduates to join a team delivering innovative datacenter network automation and intelligent management systems. You will help design, build, and operate scalable network infrastructure supporting TikTok, Douyin and other platforms globally.

You will gain hands-on experience across SDN, network virtualization, and high-speed data-center networking while contributing to platform tooling and analytics to improve delivery and stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• Strong knowledge of networks, familiar with protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, ARP
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and other front-end technologies
• Proficient in at least one back-end language (Python/Go/C/C++/Rust)
• Familiar with SQL and NoSQL databases, with programming/optimization skills
• Commitment to code quality, code reviews, and good coding practices

Responsibilities

• Develop software to automate datacenter network management, intelligence, and digitalization to improve delivery efficiency and stability
• Build platform products and tooling with lifecycle support for network engineering (planning, deployment, changes, verification, analytics)
