What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, configure, and manage Next-Best-Action strategies, decision flows, engagement policies, and arbitration rules
- Develop and maintain customer journeys, treatments, and channels within the CDH framework
- Build and optimize adaptive models and predictive models to enhance customer engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with marketing and business teams to align CDH strategies with customer lifecycle goals
- Integrate Pega CDH with CRM and marketing platforms for effective data flows and real-time insights

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Software Application Development and Maintenance, or
- High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Software Application Development and Maintenance
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience exclusively in Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub)
- Strong understanding of Next-Best-Action Designer and Engagement Policies
- Proven experience with adaptive and predictive models and decision strategies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Pega NBAA, Pega Marketing (legacy), and Pega Data Flows
- Experience in 1:1 customer engagement and cross-channel personalization
- Knowledge of SQL, JSON/XML, APIs, and data integration techniques
- Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) certification
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and marketing analytics tools
