The Headphone and Accessories Team at Apple is actively looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer to develop innovative technologies. Candidate is expected to be proficient in software development and C/C++ programming. We value individuals who are driven to innovate and possess a strong desire to learn new skills.

**Description**

As part of Connected Audio team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge technologies for next-generation headphones and accessories. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative features for devices such as AirPods, which are highly regarded and widely used by millions of people worldwide. The development will include working in Wireless Connectivity, ML, System Engineering, and other areas, allowing you to create very unique and impactful end-to-end features across iOS, macOS and tvOS.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ BS with 3+ years of industry experience

+ In-depth knowledge of C and C++ programming languages

+ Experience with software development

+ Good understanding of Operating Systems concepts

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ MS preferred

+ Experience with Embedded Software development

+ Experience with Wireless Audio development

+ Experience with building system modules interfacing with AIML

+ Experience with Multimodal Machine Learning

+ Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others

+ Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently

+ Proven experience presenting to leadership, including delivering effective presentations and communicating complex information clearly

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Pay & Benefits**

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
