Clear Capital is seeking talented software engineers to join our growth-stage technology team in the United States. You will write high-quality, well-tested, scalable code and quickly contribute by building features from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with TypeScript, JavaScript tooling, and AWS. Strong debugging, collaboration, and clear communication are essential as you work across operations and leadership to disrupt real estate valuation.

Qualifications

• Experience with ColdFusion 2021, Oracle 19c, and modern tooling such as JIRA, Jenkins, and Git in an Agile environment.
• Experience or knowledge of TypeScript, AWS Serverless environments.
• Experience or knowledge of AI tools for engineers, such as GitHub Copilot.
• A passion for software development with demonstrable side projects.
• Strong debugging skills and a commitment to well-tested solutions.
• Clear communication: comfortable reading and writing code, and able to explain code components.
• Open to constructive feedback and collaborative improvement.
• A passion for our mission to disrupt how banks, lenders and investors value real estate.

Compensation

The base salary for this position ranges from $141,000 to $180,000 annually, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation includes a company profit‑sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.
