Clear Capital seeks a senior Finance/FP&A leader to partner with executive teams, deliver actionable insights, and drive cross-departmental alignment. You will manage budgeting, forecasts, consolidation, and robust reporting while advancing AI-enabled automation to accelerate financial workflows.
The role emphasizes pricing strategy, customer health metrics, and performance analytics across the organization.
Serve as a strategic business partner across our three entities, providing financial
insights to drive cross-departmental integration, operational alignment, and
consistent reporting.
Partner with company leadership to provide actionable insights on pricing
strategy, customer health, and key performance metrics.
Support the technology department by tracking project lifecycles and
Partner with the Accounting team to assist with month-end close responsibilities
and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Champion innovation by integrating AI and automation tools to enhance
departmental performance and scale financial workflows.
Manage financial planning, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and
financial consolidation across the organization.
Provide robust decision support through ROI modeling, budget-to-actual reviews,
and cost-reduction initiatives to improve business unit health.
8+ years of experience in Finance/FP&A with a solid understanding of GAAP,
financial statements, and advanced modeling concepts.
Proficiency in NetSuite is strongly preferred; expert proficiency in Excel and
Google Business Apps.
A forward-thinking mindset with a demonstrated ability to leverage AI and
automation to improve financial operations.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and influence skills to drive collaboration
and influence across all levels of management.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CFA, or Master’s degree is
highly preferred.
Experience in technology, software, or real estate industries is highly preferred.
Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $164,500 annually,
depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation
offerings include company profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends,
and referral bonuses.
