Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an engineering professional to deliver end-to-end software solutions and guide junior engineers. This role focuses on AI-powered systems and cloud infrastructure within a PayPal Venmo context, driving DevOps productivity and reliability.

Responsibilities span infrastructure management, CI/CD, and security, with emphasis on automation, containers, and IaC. Strong communication and a desire to learn are essential. Arizona-based onsite role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's in computer science or related field of study
• 1+ years' experience in software development or a related field
• Some experience with cloud platforms, AWS preferred, or container technologies
• Programming and scripting experience with Python, Bash, Go, or similar
• Exposure to containers and container orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn

• Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot incidents, and
