Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
7+ years software engineering experience
2+ years of engineering management experience leading teams of 4+ engineers
Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform or similar technologies

Requirements

Bachelor’s in computer science or related field; advanced degree a plus
7+ years of software engineering experience
2+ years of engineering management experience, leading teams of 4 or more engineers
Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE
Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar technologies
Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top engineering talent
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing distributed teams and complex cross-functional programs
Track record of delivering high-quality systems at scale
