Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a hands-on software engineer for an onsite, full-time role with a research-oriented team in Norristown, PA. The position focuses on early-stage development, prototypes, and production features within a technically challenging environment.

You will work in C++ or Python, contribute across design, testing, and documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while exploring new technologies and validating feasibility.

This is a full time onsite role with a software engineering team working on technically complex, precision-focused applications. The team operates in an R&D oriented environment where the work involves exploring new concepts, building prototypes, and moving ideas toward production.

The group is growing and looking for someone comfortable working in early-stage development cycles, contributing to technical direction, and staying hands on throughout. A good fit for engineers who enjoy creative problem solving and iterative development.

Required Skills & Experience
