• 1–3 years of professional software development experience in a modern tech stack.
• In-office environment in NW Austin (Lake Creek/183 area).

• Code quality – You should be able to rant at length about what separates great code from poor code.
• Tests – You write them without anyone asking and they’ve saved you at least once.
