Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain software for agency and agent tools, aligning with our technology vision. This role will support the business development teams, focusing on the agency and agent tools. You will design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and document software solutions in support of Wellmark’s business strategy and Technology vision. Ensure completed activities meet specifications, requirements, and Wellmark standards. Collaborate with other areas of Technology to ensure solutions improve the user experience, pass minimum accessibility or usability criteria. Participate in determining Technology alternatives and solutions and assist with system integration.
This role can be filled at the Software Engineer or Sr. Software Engineer depending on work experience, skills, and demonstrated ability. We invite you to apply whether you have the minimum experience required described below or if you have much more experience!
