Job summary

Kestra Holdings seeks a Software Engineer to join the AdvisorPlatform Engineering team in Tempe. You will design, develop, and maintain engaging software for our financial advisor platform, serving advisors and Home Office staff.

Join a collaborative, Agile environment with peers from product, design, and architecture. You will own features end-to-end, write tests, contribute to the design system, and mentor teammates while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical/work experience.
• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, C#, and .NET.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and data stores (SQL Server, Cosmos DB).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with third-party API integrations.
• Experience modernizing legacy systems (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy front-end and back-end features.
• Translate requirements into maintainable software.
• Write clean, documented code and contribute to design system.
• Participate in peer reviews and CI/CD.
• Instrument apps for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Work with product managers and designers in Agile ceremonies.
• Mentor junior teammates and address technical debt.
