Job summary

Allied Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer to develop and support the components of an application. You will participate in code reviews and eagerly learn new technologies to meet business needs.

Responsibilities include writing code to acceptance criteria, debugging defects, and collaborating with product and scrum teams to ensure timely delivery. You will also contribute to production support and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of Software Engineering experience required.
• Moderate proficiency with multiple technologies (see skills).
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile concepts.

Responsibilities

• Write code that satisfies acceptance criteria of user stories.
• Debug code to remove defects before QA.
• Collaborate with product and scrum teams to meet requirements.
• Diagnose defects in production and reproduce bugs in lower environments.
• Refactor code for readability and performance.
• Develop reusable software building blocks.
