Qualifications

• Professional production experience with Rust is mandatory.

• Previous professional startup experience is required.
• Experience completing personal software engineering projects, preferably using Rust or C.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be available to work on-site five days per week.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Backend Software Engineer with 2-4 years of experience and strong production-level Rust programming skills to develop and maintain high-performance backend systems for a cryptocurrency trading platform.

The ideal candidate has experience with Rust, Tokio, asynchronous programming, low-latency systems, and real-time data processing, along with a background in fintech, trading, or blockchain technology.

• Previous professional startup experience is required.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
