11:11 is hiring a Software Engineer to join the developers on our Cloud Development & Engineering (CDE) team, with a focus on automation. You'll split your time between two complementary areas: contributing to our in-house distributed workflow automation platform and building automation on top of it to support our infrastructure and service delivery teams. On the platform side you'll write Rust and extend the engine, runners, and language bindings. On the delivery side you'll author automation — primarily in Ansible and Python — that handles a wide range of operational work, from infrastructure configuration to provisioning and integrations across internal and third‑party systems. The specific automation is driven by what our partner teams need, so the work stays varied and you'll regularly collaborate across the organization.
