Addison Group is seeking a Senior .NET Developer/Architect for a remote United States role. You will design, develop, and lead solutions using C#/.NET in a consultative, client-facing environment.

This role emphasizes architecture, hands-on development, and AI-enabled workflows, with opportunities to influence decisions from a blank slate and to work with small, high-impact teams.

Senior .NET Developer / Architect
Location: Remote in the United States
Compensation: $130K-$140K (Direct Hire) plus medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off

We are partnering with a growing client to add multiple Senior .NET Developers to their team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly consultative environment where engineers operate at a more strategic, architecture-focused level while helping clients build solutions from the ground up while still doing hands on development.
This role is ideal for a senior-level engineer with an architectural mindset who enjoys working directly with clients to define, design, and deliver solutions. Projects are evolving to be more AI-influenced and fast-moving, requiring strong problem-solving skills, business understanding, and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
This person will:
