Air Space Intelligence is seeking a Software Engineer to build and scale mission-critical decision-support tools for aviation and defense. You will work on greenfield projects (0 to 1) and enhance existing solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with end-users, engineers, and deployment strategists, using Rust and Python to deliver reliable, high-performance systems and tools that improve airspace safety and operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Rust or Python).
• Experience building high-performance, scalable systems.
• Experience with LLM tools to accelerate development.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and travel.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to changing priorities.
