Job summary

Vilo in the United States is seeking a Software Engineer to build fast, reliable, and scalable web experiences for AI hardware and related products. You will contribute to the product website, ecommerce experience, preorder campaigns, customer accounts, and digital product interfaces.

You will work with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js to deliver responsive applications, integrate payments, analytics, and customer portals, and optimize performance and conversion rates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in web development or software engineering.
• Experience building server-side applications and APIs using Node.js or a comparable backend framework.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, web architecture, authentication, and third-party service integration.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of web performance techniques such as caching, lazy loading, server-side rendering, and image optimization.
• Experience using Git and modern software development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues across the stack.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and communicate technical decisions clearly.
• Comfortable working with a high degree of ownership in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities
