Job summary

Finch Legal is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain production-grade applications and internal tools. You will translate product needs into robust software features, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to ship reliable solutions.

The role supports a hybrid work schedule and requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, plus at least two years of software engineering experience with a focus on front-end and back-end

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components and ensure integration with APIs.
• Design user interfaces for task-driven applications and translate requirements into reusable components.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to review requirements and deliver features.
• Modify software to fix issues, improve performance, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Perform debugging, testing, and validation to ensure reliability.
