We create petabyte-scale datasets by combining engineering, infrastructure, and research, enabling faster, higher-quality AI development. The ideal candidate will enjoy solving complex data problems, exploring new data sources, and delivering scalable systems that improve data quality and throughput.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash in Linux environments.
• Experience building and operating production systems with data pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, initiative, and ability to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Discover new sources of audio data and build reliable pipelines to bring them into training datasets.
• Build and improve large-scale data-processing systems, optimizing for data quality and throughput.
• Collaborate with AI Scientists to improve training datasets and support model development.
• Take ownership of engineering projects from problem discovery through implementation and continual improvement.
