• Product-minded craftsmanship: iterate quickly, guided by data and user feedback.
• Experience operating production systems (debugging, on-call, performance, reliability).
• Work across ambiguous problem spaces and drive execution with high ownership.
• Nice to have: LLM/applied AI product development; media/realtime pipelines (audio, transcription, diarization, streaming); enterprise-grade permissions and compliance.
