You are building automation from scratch at one of the fastest growing funds in the market, and getting paid top of market to do it.

This is a greenfield role. You are not coming in to maintain someone else's code or patch legacy systems. You are designing and building the accounting automation infrastructure from the ground up, with the freedom to make real architectural decisions and the backing of a team that actually trusts you to do it.

The fund sits at the intersection of hedge fund and asset manager, which means the problems you are solving are genuinely complex. Reconciliation, corporate balance sheets, back office automation, it all matters here and the work you do feeds directly into front office decision making. That path is open to you as you grow into the role.

The structure is completely flat. The hiring manager considers themselves an individual contributor just like everyone else on the team. There are no layers to navigate, no politics to manage. You build, you ship, you have impact.

You are comfortable across the full stack and you bring serious engineering discipline to everything you touch. You have worked on automating financial processes before and you understand accounting deeply, not just at the surface level. Reconciliation workflows, corporate balance sheets, the mechanics of how money moves through a fund, this is familiar territory for you.
