  3. Integration & Deployment: Seamlessly integrating AI models with AWS data lakes, Redshift, and analytics services to enable real-time insights. Support for Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and other advanced use cases is also required.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in building, fine-tuning, and operationalizing generative AI models using AWS Bedrock, including experience with foundation models for text, image, and multimodal applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AWS services such as Lambda, SageMaker, Kinesis, and Redshift.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with multi-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to evaluate and select appropriate foundation models to meet business requirements, with hands-on experience in customizing and deploying them via AWS Bedrock.
  • Knowledge of AI workflow orchestration, monitoring, and cost optimization in serverless/cloud environments.
  • Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker), cloud security, and MLOps best practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor peers and articulate technical concepts to stakeholders.
  • U.S. Person required due to work in a FedRAMP environment and potential work on U.S. government projects.
