Akina Inc. is seeking a hybrid Analyst/Developer in Annapolis Junction, MD, for building AI-driven Python pipelines and agentic automations. The role covers tool design, vulnerability analysis, and customer-facing duties across the full development lifecycle.

Requires deep LLM expertise, API integration, and production workflow experience. TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required; telework is hybrid with a location in Maryland.

Description:

As a hybrid Analyst/Developer, you will utilize your experience in LLM’s and AI-Integrated Python pipelines to drive mission-critical initiatives. You will be part of every aspect of the development lifecycle of new tools and plugins, from conceptualization to deployment. Your core focus will be architecting agentic Python automations, conducting vulnerability research, and analyzing complex technical data. Furthermore, you will be responsible for innovating and documenting new tradecraft and managing strategic customer outreach.

Position Required Skills:

SWE3 Qualifications:

A minimum of twelve (12) years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Salary Range: $241k-$295k (Annually)

The range displayed above is a likely salary range for this position. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possible contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
