Job summary

Old Mission in Chicago is seeking college graduates to join a development program where you will work with our software engineers to build and support high-performance trading applications. You will contribute from day one and have the opportunity to learn about creative programming and the tools that power electronic trading, helping advance the firm’s market initiatives.

The role emphasizes immediate contribution, strong coding discipline, and collaboration in a fast-paced finance environment

Qualifications

• An undergraduate or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a hard sciences field
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Knowledge of C++ and Python, SQL, JavaScript, React
• Understanding of systems programming, data structures, and algorithms
• Familiarity working in a Linux environment

About The Position

Our development program is geared for college graduates who want to work alongside our talented software engineers creating impactful solutions to further the firm’s market initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and supporting C++ based trading applications and tools. Required Skills

• An undergraduate or an advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or one of the hard sciences
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Knowledge of C++ and Python, SQL, JavaScript, React

Base Salary Range

$175,000 - $200,000 - Salaries are based on numerous factors such as skills, experience, and education. Our compensation package also includes a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits program for full-time employees. For more information, reach out to your recruiter.
