Job summary

Captivation Software is seeking a mid level software engineer to join our Cloud-Based Analytics team. You will develop and maintain high-performance analytic solutions that process heavy data volumes and support our mission to deliver timely insights.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a CS degree, and 4 years SWE experience. You will work with Spark, MapReduce, SQL/NoSQL, and Python data libraries in a distributed computing environment.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
• Four (4) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree

Captivation Software is looking for a mid level software engineer who will performing as a Cloud-Based Analytics Developer to join our team. As part of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance analytic solutions that process heavy volumes of data. This is an excellent opportunity for someone experienced in data analytics writing, and a passion for big data and distributed computing.

Requirements

Security Clearance:

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen

Minimum Qualifications:

• Four (14) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
• Four (4) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

• Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
