We are seeking a talented and motivated Fullstack Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with experience in containerized applications and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining our web applications, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and user-friendly.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for designing, developing, testing, operating, and maintaining products
  • Develop and maintain web applications using Vite for the frontend and NodeJS/Express for the backend
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs to support frontend functionalities
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Utilize Docker for containerization and manage deployments using GitLab CI/CD pipelines
  • Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and scalability
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Strong understanding of Javascript
  • Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React
  • Strong experience with Vite for frontend development
  • Solid understanding of backend development using NodeJS and Express
  • Experience with Docker and containerized applications
  • Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful API design and implementation
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
  • Knowledge of database management systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools
  • Knowledge of security best practices in web development
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with Rancher for container orchestration
  • Familiarity with other frontend frameworks and libraries
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
