Job summary

Wyetech, LLC is seeking an experienced Software Developer to provide full-stack Java development for the DTS TTO. You will build middle tier, backend storage, and ETL components, delivering robust, scalable solutions for federal clients.

The role requires Java/JavaScript, Python, Agile practices, and experience with secure full-stack implementations, micro-services, caching, and cloud tools. Telework is possible as tasks permit.

Qualifications

• Seven years experience as a SWE in large programs required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Four years additional SWE experience may substitute for a degree.
• US Citizenship and TS/SCI clearance is required.

Wyetech is seeking an experienced Software Developer who will provide full-stack java software development in support of the Data Transformation Solutions (DTS) TTO. The candidate will be responsible for developing the middle tier to backend data storage, along with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) development support. The candidate will contribute to innovative projects, working with cutting-edge technologies to deliver robust and scalable solutions. The candidate will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and deploying applications that meet our clients' evolving needs.

The Software Engineer develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements. Works individually or as part of a team. Reviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results. Resolves software problem reports. Utilizes software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment. Provides specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software tradeoffs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components

• (U) Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design

Qualifications:

• Seven (7) years experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accreditedcollege or university is required.
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).

Salary Range: $68.11-$92.23
