Qualifications

Responsibilities




PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Enterprise IT infrastructure and legacy applications maintenance support to an IC customer.

The function areas include: Operations and Maintenance (O&M), legacy application/system mission

capability enhancements, infrastructure, security, web applications, metrics, compliance-related audit,

Service/Help Desk, procurement of hardware and software, and Disaster Recovery (DR). Enhancements

include bugfixes, improving the capabilities of and adding new functions to a legacy application.

    Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems
  • Confers with systems analysts, engineers, programmers, and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
  • Designs, develops, and modifies software systems, using analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design.
  • Coordinates software system installations and monitors equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.
  • Performs software engineering and development activities associated with supporting, maintaining, and enhancing software.
  • Develops and integrates bug fixes and new feature enhancements using Intelligence Community standard development tools and processes.

**This position is contingent on contract award.**






Qualifications




Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with minimum 8 years of experience - or 6 years experience with MS/MA - or 3 years experience with PhD.
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance required with Polygraph.
  • Programming Language Experience including - but not limited to - Java, JavaScript and Python.
  • Experience in multiple environments, including AWS and Azure.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience using Jira, Confluence.
  • Experience with EC2, S3.
  • Understanding of and experience with network administration and security protocols on various domains.
  • Experience with Intelligence Community, Homeland Security, or Law Enforcement applications and/or intelligence data.
  • Experience within the IC, DoD, DHS, or FBI security domains highly desired.

Target Salary Range




$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
