This is a role for someone with deep architectural knowledge who can take a system from its current scale to 50x, partnering closely with product and internal operations stakeholders. A strong product sense and the ability to flush out requirements, edge cases, and use cases cross-functionally is essential. We expect meaningful contributions within your first 30 days.

Requirements

• 8 - 15 years of experience, in backend software engineering, with focus on Python (Django/Flask); Staff-leveling
• Recent experience working in start-up firm or in a company size of around 200 employees.
