Job summary

TPI Global Solutions is seeking a full-stack Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Digital team for a remote role on a Healthcare client project. This 12-month contract with potential extension focuses on scalable chat Platform features.

You will design, build, and support AI-driven conversational flows and real-time communication, with SDK integrations for Web, iOS, and Android. Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Dialogflow CX, and GCP is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience with full-stack development using TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Experience building AI-driven conversational flows with Dialogflow CX.

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Write clean, scalable code using TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• AI & Conversational Engineering: Build intelligent conversational flows using Dialogflow CX / GECX / AI.
• Real-Time & SDKs: Develop real-time chat features via WebSockets and support Web, iOS, and Android SDK integrations.
• System Integration & Troubleshooting: Maintain enterprise channels/backends (GCP, REST, NoSQL/SQL) and troubleshoot production issues.
• Agile Collaboration: Participate in scrum ceremonies and sprint planning using Jira/Digital.ai.

Job Location: 100% Remote

Project Duration: 12 months contract with possible extension
