Job summary
Storm3, a fast-growing startup in Clinical Intelligence, is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to act as Tech Lead and work closely with the CTO & CEO to drive new product development from the front. You will code hands-on across the full stack, mentor engineers, and partner with executive leadership to shape the product roadmap, while delivering HIPAA compliant AI workflows and scalable solutions.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-stack software development.
- Proficiency across technologies and languages (polyglot).
- 2+ years with LLMs or agentic AI.
- Startup and HealthTech experience preferred.

Requirements
- 8+ years Full-Stack experience
- Software polyglot, comfortable across the entire stack
- 2+ years' experience with LLMs or Agentic AI required
- Startup experience strongly preferred
- HealthTech experience strongly preferred
