Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Java & Python) to join a high-performing engineering team supporting enterprise-scale applications and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Python development, Kafka, distributed systems, and exposure to AI/ML integrations.

This role requires a hands‑on engineer who can contribute across the full software development lifecycle, collaborate with stakeholders, support production environments, and drive delivery in an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with Python for backend development, automation, orchestration, or AI‑related applications.
• Proven experience working with Apache Kafka in production environments.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, event‑driven architectures, REST APIs, and system integration.
• Experience supporting production releases, deployments, incident management, and RCA activities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI/ML solutions, LLM APIs, or machine learning platforms into enterprise applications.
• Understanding of ML lifecycle concepts, including data preparation, feature engineering, model evaluation, and deployment.
• Experience with Kafka Streams, Apache Flink, or similar streaming technologies.
• Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Relevant cloud certifications are a plus.
