TCOM is seeking an entry-level Software Engineer to design, develop, and evaluate software from concept through production. You will work with a team to implement practical solutions and iteratively improve systems in a real-world setting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in software engineering or a related field, with 0–2 years of experience or an equivalent. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, and you’ll grow through hands-on learning and mentorship.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in software engineering, or field related to specific position.
• Entry level or early career engineer 0–2 years with bachelor’s degree in software engineering or master’s degree in engineering field. Or experience in lieu of education.

• Technical Proficiency: Competency to design tools/software and a foundation understanding of engineer principles for practical application.
