Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer for the TeraWave RF/Optical systems in the Greater Seattle Area. You will design multi-threaded embedded software in C/C++, integrate with hardware, and contribute to tests, documentation, and CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires 1+ year in embedded development, strong C++ OO skills, and experience with GDB/JTAG. Onsite in WA with up to 10% travel and relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
• 1+ year of embedded software development in C/C++ on Linux/RTOS/bare-metal.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented C++ concepts.
• Experience debugging with SW/HW tools (GDB, JTAG).
• Knowledge of SPI, I3C, I2C, PCIe, CAN interfaces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. citizen/national or eligible to work in the U.S.
