Job summary

Cabana, a San Francisco–based AI start-up, seeks an early engineer to build production-grade software used daily by thousands of insurance professionals. You’ll own features end-to-end from UI to backend and infrastructure, collaborating directly with customers.

Be part of a fast-moving team in SF or NYC, with exceptional candidates considered for visa sponsorship; you’ll ship quickly and influence product direction from day one.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong with React and TypeScript; Go experience is a bonus.
• Own features from frontend through backend and infrastructure.
• Willing to work directly with customers.
• Able to move quickly, make decisions and ship without a detailed playbook.
• Genuinely interested in building production AI systems.
