The role demands robust, high‑performance systems and the ability to scale engineering efforts. You will design, build, and deploy features across our stack (Python, Next.js, Node), contribute to architectural decisions, and help set the long‑term technical direction.

Qualifications

• Up to 4 years of experience in full-stack software engineering using Python, Next.js, and Node.
• Experience owning features end-to-end from RFC to deployment.
• ex-Founders and/or YC-backed startup backgrounds.
• Experience in the supply chain or logistics industry.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete lifecycle of high-stakes projects - from initial architecture and design to deployment and continuous optimization.
• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end features across our stack (Python, Next.js, Node).
• Contribute to architectural decisions and the long-term technical direction of the product.
• Rebuild core features using the latest technology to improve upon existing solutions.
• Uphold engineering excellence through thoughtful code review and testing, shipping to production daily.

What will you be doing?

• Own the complete lifecycle of high-stakes projects - from initial architecture and design to deployment and continuous optimization.

• Experience in the supply chain or logistics industry.

Education

Degree from a top-tier university (e.g., Top 20).

Hard skills

• Proficiency in Python, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Experience shipping code to production on a daily cadence.

Soft skills

Demonstrates high velocity, problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills.

Miscellaneous

• Must work in-office in San Francisco, 5 days/week.
• Willingness to work long hours (e.g., 12+ hour days).
• Active GitHub; demonstrated initiative through side projects/Founder experience
