Geologic is seeking a Software Engineer for a long-term contract with a top Aerospace and Defense client in San Diego, CA. This role involves contributing to the development and sustainment of mission-critical software for U.S. Navy surface ships.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and experience with Agile methodologies, DevSecOps practices, and software debugging. Responsibilities include developing software features, participating in design discussions, and maintaining automated tests.

Rate: $32 to $123 (per hour on a non-benefitted W2 contract)

In this role, you will contribute to the development and sustainment of mission‑critical software that delivers reliable PNT data to U.S. Navy surface ships. What are the main functions of this role? This position requires onsite work and active engagement in cross‑discipline collaboration while supporting Agile software development cycles, DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD driven integration activities.
