TAD PGS, Inc. is seeking a capable engineer to perform technical planning, system integration, and verification and validation across the total system product lifecycle.
The role requires translating customer requirements into robust hardware and software specifications while balancing cost and schedule constraints. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of related experience, plus intermediate knowledge of the domain.
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include : concept, design, fabrication, test , installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints.
Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Works under moderate supervision to set objectives for own job area.

Works to achieve operational targets with some impact on departmental results.
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Able to perform analyses at all levels of the total system product to include : concept, design, fabrication, test , installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
Intermediate professional with practical knowledge of job area.
Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
Computer Engineering/Computer Science experience.
