Job summary

Cloud Software Group Career Center is seeking a skilled full-stack software engineer to enhance our Admin WebApp and Self-Service platforms. You will design and implement scalable microservices in C#/.NET and drive efficient customer onboarding and billing workflows.

You will work closely with product, design, and operations teams to deliver robust user experiences, modern UI with React, and reliable back-end services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a full-stack engineer delivering scalable microservices.
• 2+ years building front-end apps with React.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and EF.
• Strong knowledge of CSS and modern JavaScript.
• Experience with Git/Bitbucket.

Responsibilities

• Develop front-end for Admin WebApp and Self-Service.
• Back-end services to provision new accounts and manage entitlements and billing.
• Design and build systems for customers and stakeholders.

Role Overview:

• Now, let's get to the details. This role will act as a team player with a focus on front-end development for our Admin WebApp and Self-Service, as well as back-end services that properly provision new customer accounts and allow existing customers to manage their entitlements and billing.

  • Trusted Advisor:As an engineer in the Onboarding and Billing area, the team will be looking to you to design and build systems that allow our customers and business stakeholders to efficiently and effectively do their jobs.

  • Building the Right Things:Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that they have the systems and behaviors in place when they need them.

  • Technical Excellence:Drive high-quality design and implementation of systems and user experiences related to customer onboarding and billing.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:Contribute to regular engagements with critical cross-functional stakeholders such as other engineering teams, product design, PM, marketing, and operations.

• 2+ years of experience as a full stack software engineer developing scalable and resilient event-driven and API-based microservices using C# and SQL/NoSQL data storage.

• 2+ years ofdeveloping front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like React.

• Good knowledge of React, including hooks, context, and routing.

• Good knowledge of .Net, includingASP.NetCore, C#, and Entity Framework.

• Good knowledge of CSS

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git/BitBucket).

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
