Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Software Engineer to support defense aviation, flight software development, and mission-critical aircraft systems. This onsite role is at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma City, OK.

You will design, develop, test, and maintain software models and operational flight software for strategic bomber platforms, ensuring performance, safety, and mission readiness.

U.S. Person for export compliance and active Secret clearance required; relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Experience developing software using C and/or ADA.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and software integration.
• Experience with embedded software design is preferred.

This position is onsite at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma City, OK. The Software Engineer will support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software models and operational flight software for strategic bomber platforms. Required Qualifications for the Software Engineer include:

• Experience with JIRA for requirements management, workflow tracking, and development activities.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and software integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Must be a U.S. Person for export compliance purposes.
• Active Secret Clearance required to start.
• Experience with embedded software design is preferred.

Compensation for the Software Engineer include:

• Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000 *relocation assistance offered depending on experience
