Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a software engineer on the data visualization team for DoorDash Labs. You will own applications that introspect robot data, bridge sensors, logs, and telemetry, and develop end-to-end backend and frontend systems for a scalable autonomous delivery platform.

You will work with React/Typescript, C++, and web graphics tools, build intuitive visualization pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on roadmaps and new capabilities."

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of full stack software development experience.
• Fluency with React and Typescript.
• Experience in 3D computer graphics.

This is the team that builds Dot, our self driving delivery robot designed from the ground up. Bridge the gap between sensors, logs, diagnostics, telemetry, mission intel, and a diverse set of users across the Dot team. You will be expected to architect and develop systems with a high degree of autonomy. You will set roadmaps, identify opportunities for new systems, and execute. The applications you build should be intuitive, practical, and delightful to use. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
