Job summary

Fulfill Team Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a permanent full-time C# Developer/Engineer to join our medical device imaging hardware/software company.

You will develop system software from requirements, create automation for testing, configure hardware and software per protocols, and ensure design controls are completed on time.

The role requires strong C# skills, familiarity with DICOM and imaging workflows, and a willingness to learn IEC 62304 and ISO 13485/14971 within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in C# with strong debugging and testing skills.
  • Ability to document design and architecture.
  • Experience with Agile or SCRUM methodologies.
  • C/C++ experience preferred.
  • WinForms experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with DICOM imaging standards.
  • Willing to learn IEC 62304 medical device software standard.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 14971 preferred.
  • Experience or interest in medical imaging domains (PACS, RIS, radiology).
  • Willingness to work in a medical device hardware/software setting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop system software based on requirements for existing and new products.
  • Create automation routines to aid testing.
  • Configure hardware and software per requirements.
  • Complete and submit design control documentation on time and accurately.
  • Carry out system debugging.
  • Work closely with cross-functional groups and subject domain experts to support product development.
  • Completes assigned training and development courses assigned by management team.
  • Provide emergency on-call services as needed in partnership with Service and Support.
  • Represents the company at conventions and shows.
  • Must comply with Radiation Safety Policy including the timely replacement of used badges.
  • Completes the Corrective Actions Policy as prescribed by management.
  • Displays highly developed organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute are key success factors in this position.
  • Utilize exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for problem situations with customers and/or staff.
  • Other duties as assigned based on business need.

Job description

C# Developer / Engineer needed for a PERMANENT Full-Time position with a medical device imaging hardware / software company located in Raleigh, NC.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • C# coding
  • Design Documentation
  • Agile or SCRUM
  • C/C++ - preferred
  • WinForms - preferred
  • DICOM - preferred
  • IEC 62304 - - Medical Device Software Standard – willing to learn
  • ISO 13485 - preferred
  • ISO 14971 - preferred
  • Also preferred are software development experience with: medical imaging, medical x-ray, ultrasound, CT scan, computed tomography, MRI, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, PACS, Picture Archiving and Communication System, Radiology, RIS, Radiology Information System.

The Developer / Engineer works independently and collaboratively in the fast-paced development environment to:

  • Develop system software based on requirements for existing and new generation products
  • Develop automation routines to aid testing, based on requirements.
  • Configure hardware and software per requirements and protocols.
  • Complete and submit all required design control documentation on time and accurately
  • Carry out system debug
  • Work closely with cross-functional groups and subject domain experts to support product development.
  • Completes assigned training and development courses assigned by management team
  • Provide emergency on-call services as needed in partnership with Service and Support.
