Job summary

Fulfill Team Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a C# Developer / Engineer for a contract-to-permanent, full-time role in a medical device imaging hardware/software environment.

The position requires strong C# coding, design documentation and Agile or SCRUM experience, with preferred skills in C/C++, WinForms, and DICOM. Regulatory knowledge such as IEC 62304, ISO 13485 and ISO 14971 is advantageous, along with broader medical imaging domain familiarity.

Qualifications

  • C# coding proficiency and design documentation
  • Experience with Agile or SCRUM methodologies
  • Familiarity with C/C++ is a plus
  • WinForms experience is preferred
  • DICOM knowledge is advantageous
  • Awareness of IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971 requirements
  • Experience in medical imaging domains (PACS, RIS, radiology) is a plus
  • Ability to learn regulatory standards and document design controls

Responsibilities

  • Develop system software based on requirements for existing and new generation products
  • Create automation routines to aid testing per requirements
  • Configure hardware and software per requirements and protocols
  • Complete and submit design control documentation on time
  • Carry out system debugging
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development
  • Participate in training and development courses
  • Provide on-call support as needed with Service and Support
  • Represent company at conventions and trade shows
  • Adhere to Radiation Safety Policy and badge replacement schedule
  • Execute Corrective Actions per policy
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, prioritization and communication skills
  • Undertake other duties as needed by business requirements

Job description

C# Developer / Engineer needed for a Contract to PERMANENT Full-Time position with a medical device imaging hardware / software company located in Raleigh, NC.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • C# coding
  • Design Documentation
  • Agile or SCRUM
  • C/C++ - preferred
  • WinForms - preferred
  • DICOM - preferred
  • IEC 62304 - - Medical Device Software Standard – willing to learn
  • ISO 13485 - preferred
  • ISO 14971 - preferred
  • Also preferred are software development experience with: medical imaging, medical x-ray, ultrasound, CT scan, computed tomography, MRI, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, PACS, Picture Archiving and Communication System, Radiology, RIS, Radiology Information System.

The Developer / Engineer works independently and collaboratively in the fast-paced development environment to:

  • Develop system software based on requirements for existing and new generation products
  • Develop automation routines to aid testing, based on requirements.
  • Configure hardware and software per requirements and protocols.
  • Complete and submit all required design control documentation on time and accurately
  • Carry out system debug
  • Work closely with cross-functional groups and subject domain experts to support product development.
  • Completes assigned training and development courses assigned by management team
  • Provide emergency on-call services as needed in partnership with Service and Support.
  • Serves as a Representative for conventions and shows
  • Must comply with Radiation Safety Policy including the timely replacement of used badges
  • Completes the Corrective Actions Policy as prescribed by
  • Displays highly developed organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute are key success factors in this position.
  • Utilize exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for problem situations with customers and/or staff.
  • Other duties as assigned based on business need.
