PointOne is the AI revenue platform for professional services. We’re a Tier 1 venture-backed startup seeking a hands-on engineer to develop novel AI products and translate customer needs into technical solutions. You will lead by example, mentor future hires, and help shape our engineering culture.

ABOUT POINTONE

PointOne is the AI revenue platform for professional services.

We’re a Tier 1 venture-backed startup (Y Combinator, Bessemer, 8VC, General Catalyst) that has raised over $20M and grown revenue over 17x over the past 12 months.

WHO YOU ARE

You have:

- 2-5 years of experience at hyper-growth startups and/or leading big tech companies

- A CS degree from a top university

- Strong product sense

- High degree of ownership and the ability to operate autonomously

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Develop novel AI products, providing customers with entirely new workflows.

- Work directly with customers to understand needs, prioritize requests, and translate them into technical solutions.

- Lead by example through mentoring future hires, pairing, and code reviews. You'll shape our engineering culture.

You're excited to work in-person, talk to customers, and drive the development of the next frontier of AI tools.

The compensation for this position is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise. A competitive equity component will also be offered as part of the package.
