Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a versatile product engineer to own end-to-end development for a VC-backed program pipeline, events, and internal tools. You will design, build, and ship full-stack solutions that optimize complex workflows for internal teams and founders.

You will contribute to AI features, semantic search, and data pipelines while collaborating with business and operations to improve processes. Expect a fast-moving, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• 1–12 years of experience building and shipping full-stack products.
• Experience owning product development end to end, including understanding problems, designing user interfaces, and deploying production software.
• Strong frontend and backend skills, with experience building polished UIs and reliable systems.
• Experience with Rails, React, PostgreSQL or comparable technologies, and familiarity with Python, LLMs, semantic search, and embeddings.
• Recent experience building AI projects or shipping AI-enabled product features.
• Startup or early-stage company experience, with the autonomy to work through ambiguous problems.
• Experience with internal tools, workflow systems, or application and CRM-style software is valuable.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, demonstrated through education or exceptional projects.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Join a small product engineering team building software that supports a venture capital organization's application pipeline, events, and internal operations. You'll own product work end to end, turning complex workflows into practical, polished systems for internal teams and founders.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $185,000 to $485,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in the San Francisco Bay Area, five days per week. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate.
