PointOne is seeking engineers to develop novel AI products, delivering customers entirely new workflows and measurable ROI for professional services. You will own end-to-end features, collaborate with customers to understand needs, and translate requests into robust technical solutions.

You’ll mentor teammates, participate in code reviews, and help shape our engineering culture while working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience at hyper-growth startups and/or leading big tech companies.
• A CS degree from a top university.
• Strong product sense.
• High degree of ownership and the ability to operate autonomously.

The compensation for this position is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise. A competitive equity component will also be offered as part of the package.
