Job summary

Spectrum Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise data solutions built on Snowflake. You will work hands-on across the platform, optimize performance, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable data systems.

You will design data warehouses, implement ETL workflows with Airflow and Azure Data Factory, and ensure data quality and lineage across complex environments in a fast-moving setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing and developing enterprise-level data solutions, including 5+ years with Snowflake.
• Strong hands-on SQL and Python development experience, including Snowflake design and development.
• Ability to diagnose and tune SQL queries, with proficiency in SQL analytic functions.
• Working knowledge of Azure data technologies, including Azure Data Factory.
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow, Informatica, or Automic.
• Understanding of metadata management and data lineage concepts.
• Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
