Job description

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) from an accredited college or university.
• • 5+ years of experience in software industry with at least 3 years in software technical support experience preferred.
• • Strong knowledge of C++ programming language and of databases/ SQL.
• • Expected Skillset:
• • Hands on programming experience and knowledge of C++, Java, and Oracle
• • Ability to work on multiple problems simultaneously
• • Strong problem solving and analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to assimilate new information, understand complex topics
• • Strong familiarity with Linux OS and performance optimizations. Knowledge of Linux internals and administration is highly desired
• • Robust understanding of database technologies and performance optimization
• • Excellent written and verbal communication
