Key Responsibilities

Application Development & Maintenance

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, REST APIs, and modern web technologies.
• Enhance and support existing systems by identifying issues, troubleshooting defects, and implementing improvements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

System Support & Reliability

• Monitor and support core systems, ensuring stability, performance, and availability.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, unexpected behaviors, and system defects.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.

Data & Integration

• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines to support application functionality and reporting needs.
• Integrate applications with internal and external systems using APIs and data exchange formats (JSON, XML, etc.).
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and performance across systems.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Adopt automated tests (unit, integration) to ensure software quality.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborate with Product Owners to validate solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and promote continuous improvement in quality practices.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and team productivity.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and customer experience.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, including cloud, serverless, and automation tools, and AI.
• Contribute ideas for modernization, performance optimization, and scalability improvements.
